Processing Principles

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses that are an expression of a person's identity.

Log Files

During the run you may be photographed by our photographer. A selection of these images are used on our website as well as excerpts thereof on social media. If you want to make use of the right to own picture and request a deletion, please contact us by e-mail.

Duration of storage; retention periods

We generally store your data as long as this is necessary for the provision of our online offer and the associated services or we have a legitimate interest in the further storage (eg we can still have a justified interest in the postal service after an event Have marketing).
